Taryn Robberstad, APRN, CNP
Taryn brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 10 years as a critical care nurse practitioner. Her background in high-acuity medicine has shaped her into a calm, detail-oriented provider who prioritizes safety, precision, and evidence-based care in every patient interaction.
Throughout her career, Taryn has been deeply committed to patient education. She believes that informed patients make empowered decisions, and she takes the time to thoroughly explain options, answer questions, and ensure each individual feels confident in their care plan. Her approach is collaborative and personalized—centered on listening, understanding goals, and creating thoughtful treatment strategies tailored to each patient.
With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for helping others feel their best, Taryn is dedicated to delivering care that is both compassionate and comprehensive.
Allison Tamm, APRN, CNP
With over 15 years in healthcare—including more than a decade as a nurse practitioner specializing in intensive care and pulmonary medicine—Allison brings extensive clinical experience and a deep commitment to patient care.
As a busy mom of twin two-year-olds, Allison understands firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last—and how important it is not to. Caring for others starts with caring for yourself.
Allison has always had a strong interest in aesthetics, but her passion became personal after the birth of her twins. She developed postpartum preeclampsia and Bell’s palsy, a condition that causes weakness and paralysis on one side of the face. As a new mom navigating exhaustion and the overwhelming transition into motherhood, she was also coping with the sudden and dramatic change in her smile.
Our smiles are deeply personal. They are tied to our identity, our confidence, and how we express ourselves to the world. While she experienced significant recovery, she was left with subtle residual effects. Neurotoxin treatments helped soften those lingering asymmetries and restore balance—allowing her outward appearance to better reflect how she felt on the inside.
She knows we are more than our reflections. But she also believes that feeling confident in your appearance can be empowering. Helping others achieve that sense of alignment and confidence is something she is truly passionate about and honored to share.
